  1. I learned about HIIT concepts. I tested it for breaks between studying. It worked well.

  2. I just realized that my mind was really busy today. Hmm... writing definitely boosts mindfulness. Taking weekly retrospective notes today, I could see the connections. It also helped me remember how I'm moving forward toward my long-term goals. Journaling is helpful.

  3. I found my kitten's skin problem last night, and the stress reading on my Garmin watch increasing by about 90 points. I worried too much that she would suffer. I tried to believe she has enough strength to be patient. I started caring more for her trouble spot, and then I could connect with her in a more sustainable way.

  4. I started the StatQuest tutorial yesterday. The tutorial files is written in English and I've never used PyTorch before, so I was afraid to start. But I tried to remember that approaching frightening things help me in a good way. I finished it today and gained confidence.

  5. I found an interesting service, Kinopio -- I think I could use it for organizing my work and having my own time.

  6. Yes, finally, the official day off is starting.
