I fell asleep after having dinner. It's been a long time since I acted like a child. I need to exercise more to recover. Thanks to my partner, I took melatonin pills.
I participated in the UCLA meditation drop-in class today. I lost my concentration from the start. At least I came back to mindfulness time.
I sent a long message to the project members. I wanted to cheer up others.
I think I've turned back to concentrating on the class. Finally, I can organize the class content into wrap-up notes containing my curiosity and questions. Chat rooms with AI have become nutritious context again.
I fixed the OpenClaw bot and organized the history.
I need to sleep.
