  1. I stood up when I was sleepy during the course. I think it's a good idea for my balance - standing for 2-3 hours during the course.

  2. My partner asked me if I had lost my meditation routine. I consciously decided to meditate right away. It felt like it had been a long time since I meditated.

  3. I didn't think about my connection with others today. I joined class and actively answered, but it wasn't for connection at first. But while writing replies in the chat, I realized I wanted to have a positive influence on others.

  4. I'm getting more familiar with the many struggles of following the course. Even if it seems impossible to understand at once, standing with overflowing information will be helpful someday.

  5. I'm not sure if I made something today... um... I made enough space for ingredients in the refrigerator.

  6. I haven't had enough energy to play games for 2-3 days. I should make time for it.
