  1. I did short HIIT workouts several times. Since I spend more time sitting in a chair than before, I need to take better care of my physical condition.

When I noticed I could follow the code easily now, I just felt like I had wasted time. I know I need to focus more to manage my physical and mental resources. But this week, I noticed my condition and mental turbulence. For now, it's enough to have realized this.

  3. I felt distance between me and my partner. I've lost my kindness and am getting stubborn. I think I need some space in the relationship.
