Today's move was centered around housework. I made 2 types of kimchi at lunchtime. I need to do some push-ups before going to bed.
My younger kitty had her spay surgery. I couldn't sleep well last night. I realized I was feeling anxious, so I did a short meditation. Recently I read a book called Joy on Demand and learned that relaxation is the most important thing in mindfulness. I just tried to relax.
I sent a message to my old university friend. I suddenly realized I hadn't contacted her even though she was special to me - it had been over 10 years. I installed Instagram to reach her, and I was able to contact her today for the first time since we went our separate ways.
I used AI to map out concepts in my AI course. I realized that 2 years ago, I would never have used it this fluently and powerfully. I continuously asked where I was in the material and for an overview of the concepts.
I need to make do-nothing time (10 min?) to create space for new ideas to come.
I had a great guilty-pleasure meal.
