  1. I did more push-ups than yesterday. It's enough.

  2. In the morning, I set 3 target goals for the day. It makes me more at ease and gives me a balanced perspective. I can see more clearly what I want now.

  3. This week, I'm giving more attention to self-care -- I'm trying to like myself. I made one goal today related to this. I think I actually did it. I want to have a good relationship with myself.

  4. I concentrated on Japanese study today. I studied some Chinese characters that always confuse me. I checked the Japanese-Chinese character book to get them right.

  5. I tested a new blog system. It seems like what I really wanted. Just focusing on myself when I'm writing.

  6. Official day off is coming...
